About us
Hi! We’re Kim and Neil, two midlife adventurers who met, fell in love, and somehow decided that buying a hotel and retreat center in Costa Rica together was the next logical step.
We have been in Costa Rica for a while, but we’re new to the Esterillos area as of August, and we’d really like to get to know the people behind the businesses here.
Kim runs Retreat Works, has hosted more than 500 retreats, and Costa Pacífica is the second retreat center she has operated in Costa Rica. Neil spent 23 years in the British military and works as CFO of the hotel.
We want to meet you, learn what you do, and build real relationships!
